“몰려오는 사람들”
본문 : 마가복음 3장 7-12
예수께서 제자들과 함께 바닷가로 물러가시니, 많은 사람이 따라왔다. 또한 유대와 예루살렘과 이두매와 요단강 건너편과 그리고 두로와 시돈 근처에서도, 많은 사람이 그가 하신 모든 일을 소문으로 듣고, 그에게로 몰려왔다. 예수께서는 무리가 자기에게 밀려드는 혼잡을 피하시려고, 제자들에게 분부하여 작은 배 한척을 마련하게 하셨다. 그가 많은 사람을 고쳐 주셨으므로, 온갖 병으로 고통받는 사람들이, 누구나 그에게 손을 대려고 밀려 들었기 때문이다.
또 악한 귀신들은 예수를 보기만 하면, 그 앞에 엎드려서 외쳤다. “당신은 하나님의 아들입니다.” 그러면 예수께서는 “나를 세상에 드러내지 말아라”하고, 그들을 엄하게 꾸짖으셨다.

예수님은 많은 무리가 몰려올 것을 아시고 작은 배를 준비하도록 하셨습니다. 이는 단순히 물리적인 피신을 위한 것이 아니라, 사역을 효율적으로 하기 위한 준비였습니다. 우리도 신앙 생활을 하며 예수님의 사역을 본받아 준비하고 대비하는 삶을 살아야 합니다. 하나님께서 주신 사명을 감당하기 위해 필요한 준비와 계획을 세우는 것이 중요합니다.
3. 귀신의 인정
본문에서 더러운 귀신들은 예수님을 보고 “당신은 하나님의 아들이니이다”라고 부르짖습니다. 예수님의 신성을 인정하는 장면입니다. 그러나 예수님은 자신을 나타내지 말라고 경고하십니다. 이는 예수님께서 자신의 사역을 이루시기 위한 하나님의 계획과 때를 따라 움직이셨음을 보여줍니다. 우리도 하나님의 뜻과 계획을 따르며, 그분의 인도하심에 따라 살아가야 합니다.

사역을 위한 준비와 계획을 세우자: 예수님께서 많은 무리를 대비해 작은 배를 준비하신 것처럼, 우리도 하나님께서 주신 사명을 감당하기 위해 필요한 준비와 계획을 세워야 합니다. 이를 통해 더욱 효과적으로 하나님의 일을 이루어 나갈 수 있을 것입니다.
하나님의 때와 계획을 신뢰하자: 예수님께서 자신의 신성을 나타내지 않으신 것은 하나님의 계획과 때를 신뢰하셨기 때문입니다. 우리도 하나님의 인도하심을 믿고, 그분의 때에 따라 움직이는 삶을 살도록 합시다.

“Those who are flocking to Jesus”
Text: Mark 3: 7-12
When he left with his disciples, many followed him. Many people came to Judea, Jerusalem, Idumae, across the Jordan River, and near Duro and Sidon after hearing about everything he had done. Jesus ordered his disciples to prepare a small boat to avoid the crowding of the crowd. Because he healed many people, everyone suffering from all kinds of diseases rushed to reach out to him.
When the wicked ghosts saw him, they lay face down before him and shouted, “You are the son of God.” Then he said, “Don’t expose me to the world,” and scolded them harshly.
